好吧，那你脑袋没有被驴踢，被踢的其实是我，不废话，下面是正文：（仅提供Linux下的方法）
1、下载三个文件：
下载 http://code.google.com/appengine/downloads.html
下载 http://gappproxy.googlecode.com/files/fetchserver-2.0.0.zip
下载 http://gappproxy.googlecode.com/files/localproxy-2.0.0.tar.gz
2、建立GAE应用程序：
进入 http://code.google.com/intl/zh-CN/appengine/
登陆后点击“Create an Application”，要填手机号时记得在前面加上86，如8613800138000
3、解压之前下载的三个文件：
把fetchserver的目录放进google_appengine目录中，进入fetchserver目录修改其下的app.yaml，
将第一行的
“application: your_application_name”
改为你刚建立的GAE项目名，如
“application: gae-proxy“，冒号后面有空格，要注意。
进入localproxy目录，修改其下的proxy.conf，将
#fetch_server = http://your-fetch-server.appspot.com/fetch.py
反注释，改为如
fetch_server = http://gae-proxy.appspot.com/fetch.py 的形式。
4、打开终端，进入google_appengine目录，输入命令：python appcfg.py update fetchserver/
完成上一步后，进入localproxy目录，输入命令：python proxy.py 即可监听本地8000端口。
5、设置firefox的autoproxy代理就可以了，没有什么营养，看着吧。
